“I loved my Mom’s book—truly. Her book will show you how to overcome so many of the problems most teens face today. I hope you’ll give the book, and the I.D. Program, a try for yourself. You won’t be sorry,I promise you! It will be an investment in your Self.  It's as important for young men as for young women!"

I can’t recommend this book highly enough—it is life-changing!  (It reminded

me of the bestseller Purpose Driven Life, but for  teens!)  I was lucky enough to

be one of the  young  editors, and I found it to be awesome, both for girls and guys.

It will show you how to strengthen your own individuality and self worth—

things everyone needs to be their very best! This is a priceless gift!

Gail North  seeks to put her teen readers in touch with how to develop not only their own individual attractiveness, but also confronts some of the deepest fears, insecurities, and concerns that most teenagers face today.

The book alone, or combined with the I.D. Programs that are offered to schools, should have a very positive—and powerful—impact on young people.  It is a ‘must’ for all junior high and high school students who seek to become the very best version of themselves.”

Judy Hoferkamp, Principal, Our Lady of the Rosary School, Greenhills, OH

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR PARENTS (OR OTHER CONCERNED PEOPLE) OF PRETEENS OR TEENAGERS

"Discovering Your Own...Teen Esteem" was written FOR teens and preteens, BUT with parents in mind.  It is a book that will "back you up" if your desire for your children is to help them form a traditional, moral outlook of the world, rather than the "Hollywood approach" to life.  It provides all the "fun" and necessary grooming necessities, along with the modeling know-how if that is of interest to them.  Good character traits; how to make good decisions (with an eye to their future and how a decision made NOW can positively--or negatively--impact their lives; tips on making friends, dating without losing one's self or one's values and much more are included.  And a strong emphasis is placed on having a personal relationship with God, who loves them unconditionally, who is there for them, and who can help them through the troubling times of adolescence.

It is for girls AND boys, which is important since there are very few books available for boys.  It is good for them to see how one another view life and various situations, since they are definitely viewed differently.

It is a book I wish had been available for my own children in their early years so they could have referred back to it as needs arose.  But it is here now, for your children, and for you!

Blessings!  Gail
