ABOUT HAVING A LIFE COACH

 
Gail North-Tasto, B.S., M.A.

Gail North-Tasto is the Founder and President of the Teen Esteem Institute, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry that works with preteens and teens in all walks of life, including suburban, inner-city and under served youth. 

Mrs. North-Tasto is a Professional Fashion Model with international, national, and Tri-State credits including photography, designer trunk and runway fashion shows, and has done many TV and radio commercials. She is a Presenter in training films, and is a Lead Instructor for the Identity Discovery (I.D.) Programs.  She is a Consultant and Life Coach, having worked for many years with teens on Teen Boards, doing programs in inner city schools, and presenting the "l7 Magazine" courses through a local corporation.  These roles have provided her with an excellent background as a Consultant not only in the field of modeling and evaluating aspiring models, but as a Life Coach helping teens and young adults reach their utmost potential through her coaching.   She has had, and continues to have,  a lifetime avocation in the areas of holistic health, spirituality, and full development of the mind/body/spirit. 

She has an undergraduate degree in Communications and Psychology, and a graduate degree in Business.

In addition to the areas of modeling, she has been recommended by M.D.'s, Psychologists, and other professionals as a Life Coach for youth and young adults in areas of self-esteem, overcoming inferiority, taking  care of one's body through proper grooming, diet and exercise.  The main goal is to learn to value one's Self so that each individual can learn to cherish herself/himself for the unique and priceless individual she or he is no matter the "external package". This is shown through God-based reasons, since we are all beloved and equal in God's eyes.  She also offers helpful suggestions to finding one's purpose in life. 

She is the mother of two lovely daughters and a very active member of her church, involved in the homeless ministry, the New Life Retreat, as a Lector and EMOC, and was on Parish Council.

PROFESSIONAL FEES:  $95 per hour for teens and young adults under 25

                                             $125 per hour for adults.

Fees are not billable to insurance .
